• How do you determine the price of a customized pin?
  The main factors that affect the price of a pin are, size,quantity, style of the pin and number of colors.



• Do you offer quantity discounts?
  Yes

• What are the most common sizes of lapel pins?
  The average size ranges between 1/2 to 2 1/2 of an inch, however we can make your pins as large or small as you like.



• How do you determine the size of a pin?
  The size is determined by the height or the width, whichever is greater, not the diagonal measurement. In the case of a round product the diameter will be used.

• Is there a minimum number of Pins I can order?
  Yes, our minimum production quantity for a custom pin is 300.

• What are the different pin styles?
  Please refer to the Custom Pins section of our site, for a detail description of different lapel pin styles.

• Is there a limit of colors I can have in a pin?
  Our price includes up to 4 colors, but there is no limit

• How long does it take to make a pin?
  The average production time is 4 to 6 weeks, after artwork is finalized. Production periods may be shorter or longer depending on the complexity of the design.



• Can you make a sample pin, before finalizing my order?
  Yes, this is referred to as a pre-production sample.



• I do not have a design; can PINCRAFT help me with my design?
  Yes, our creative designers can help you to design a pin.
